Who can request swag?

Swag is available to Klein College faculty and staff for official use in recruitment, events or visitor engagement.

What types of events qualify for swag?

Approved uses include student recruitment (undergraduate and graduate), campus visits, conferences, college-sponsored events and outreach efforts representing Klein College.

Is there a limit on how much swag I can request?

Yes. Requests should reflect realistic needs based on your audience and event size. Large requests may require additional approval based on inventory levels.

How far in advance should I submit a request?

Please submit your request at least three days in advance to allow time for processing. If your request is for a large quantity, more information may be requested.

Can I request a specific item?

You may request specific items listed in the current inventory, but availability is not guaranteed. Substitutions may be made based on stock.

Do I need to return any unused items?

Yes. If you have significant leftover merchandise, please return it so we can redistribute it for future use.

Will I be notified if my request is approved?

Yes. A member of the marketing and communications team will confirm approval and coordinate pickup of items.
